Homestay with a Japanese Host family is the best way to learn and become a part of the Japanese Culture and Language. In this special program you will give your own private room within a family’s home located in Japan. Two meals a day are offered daily by your host family, and in exchange for room and board each student pays $300 a month.
The Homestay program is design to not only learn about the Japanese culture and language, but you will also have the chance to teach your own language and culture. Within the duration of the stay, it is best to give at least one hour per day of quality family time to achieve the cultural/language exchange.
An unique homestay, cultural/language, and exchange program for native English speaking students interested in staying in Japan for one to three months.
This Homestay in Japan program is designed by American Homestay International/USA and Hiragana Times

Welcome to Irvine!
Welcome!
My name is Anne, and I reside in the wonderful land known as Orange County. Most of you know where it is, but for those of you wondering what I am talking about, Orange county is located just south of Los Angeles. This is where you can explore one beautiful beach city after the other, stretching from Long Beach, Seal Beach,Laguna Beach, down to San Clemente, and yes, there is a beach there as well. Also, if you prefer to go inland, you can visit Irvine, known for it's fabulous school district, and of course Anaheim, home of Disneyland, the Ducks, and the Angeles. All happen to be own by Disney.
How about some Q and A?(Questions and Answers)
(Q) So, how wonderful is Orange County?
(A) Well, it must be pretty impressive, currently there are two show based here, MTV's "Laguna Beach", which looks like a reality show, but it really isn't a reality show, or is it, maybe not, is it? Then there is THE show that made Orange County a household name, ABC's "the OC." Wait, has that show been cancelled?
Q)What else does Orange County have to offer besides being a backdrop of dramatic Television?
(A)People come from all over the world and make Orange county a place called home. Even for me, where no place like home was originally Kansas, I have found it very easy to become accustom to the Sunny, warm climate, awesome beaches, endless shopping malls, palm trees, all the Starbucks you'll ever find, movie theatres, more shopping malls, friendly people, and backed up freeways. OK, I can't stand the freeways, but there is a good reason why they're backed up, let's just make that a point. More and more people come to take advantage of what Orange County of Southern California has to offer.
I will deliver to you stories of places where to go, eat, and experience while you are either visiting, or maybe considering making Orange County your home.
Stay Classy Orange County!!
